For the lowest available pricing, open a property listing and select your preferred dates. To compare all available homes for the same dates, choose Search Availability from the main menu.

Similar to most hotels, the booking total is charged at the time of reservation. There is no additional deposit, and a home cannot be held until the reservation is paid.

Rates change with demand and availability. The current lowest available price for your dates is displayed when you select dates on a property listing.

Cancellation terms are shown during booking and in the rental agreement. Please review the exact terms for your reservation before confirming your stay.

Some gatherings may be permitted within the home's sleeping and parking capacity, subject to the rental agreement, community rules, and quiet hours. Contact us before booking so we can help identify a suitable home.

Many Legacy Beach Homes are next door, across the street, or within a short walk of one another. Visit Side-by-Side Homes or send us your dates and group size so we can help.

Our large homes are close to the beach, often within two blocks, and many include ocean views or a complimentary golf cart. Each property listing provides its verified beach distance and access details.

Pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Trained service animals are accommodated as required by law. Please contact us before arrival if a trained service animal will accompany you.
